This new three-story building provides 42 units of much-needed affordable senior housing in the City of Woodbury. Interior amenities include a welcoming lobby and community room, reading room warmed by a fireplace hearth, family room for family gatherings, fitness and activity rooms, and support spaces for staff. A large screened porch off the community room provides residents with a shaded space to enjoy the outdoors. Daylight floods the stairs and corridors, and warm colors and furniture encourage residents to use these spaces.

The 69,160-square-foot building includes several features to better accommodate the needs of the senior population, including a covered drop-off at the building entrance, universal design features in kitchens and bathrooms, handrails in corridors, and enhanced lighting.
