Civil Engineering

Experienced & Adaptable

LHB opened for business in 1966 as a civil engineering firm, and our team has designed hundreds of civil projects in the decades since then. We have applied our skills and knowledge to a wide range of projects, including roads and bridges, site grading and storm-water management, utilities design work, and more.

Project Diversity

Our portfolio spans a range of markets, from commercial to industrial, residential to educational, municipal to military. We regularly design transportation infrastructure and utility expansions and renovations, but we also tackle unique challenges: For example, we have designed snowmaking water supply systems for ski resorts and fluid capture-and-reuse systems for deicing aircraft in cold weather.
