This 35,777 SF supportive housing development replaces a former railroad yard adjacent to downtown Bemidji with an attractive new buildings providing safe, stable housing with services.

All units serve residents who have experienced long-term homelessness, and 40 units serve adults who also have a Substance Abuse Disorder. Of the 60 total units, 40 are affordable to residents at 60% AMI and 20 are affordable to residents at 50% AMI.

Common area amenities include a lounge area, outdoor patios, and a full service kitchen with meals prepared and served for residents in the dining area. An adjacent bike path provides a connection to a regional bike trail system. Also on site is an exam room staffed by a part-time nurse and two case managers. The support services amenities and building security join the two housing wings.
