Phil Waugh

Phil believes successful projects are built on human connections. The relationships he cultivates with clients are authentic and collaborative, and they form a foundation for great outcomes. Over the past decade at LHB, Phil has served as project manager on hundreds of projects across a range of areas, including historic preservation, K-12 education, and more.

Recently named a managing principal at LHB, Phil is involved in a wide range of work across multiple markets and services. He is experienced in building investigations and materials research and knowledgeable about construction methods and sustainability practices. Outside the office, Phil has taught classes on historic building maintenance and historic building materials, as well as graduate-level courses on sustainable design and preservation for the University of Minnesota.
