He excels in articulating strategy and developing talent, focusing on people, relationships, and communication.

With more than two decades of experience, Phil has been a driving force at LHB, managing hundreds of projects across diverse areas such as historic preservation and K-12 education. His portfolio spans multiple markets and services, with expertise in project management, building investigations, materials research, construction methods, and sustainability practices.

Phil’s knowledge-sharing extends beyond the studio and includes teaching university courses. His hands-on experience and academic insight allow him to lead with practical expertise and thought leadership.
