He has over a decade’s experience designing historically sensitive repairs and guiding clients through the often-complex process of obtaining and utilizing funding for this important work. He has an intimate understanding of the Secretary of the Interior’s standards for the treatment of historic properties and develops strategies to create new interventions that respect these standards. A specialist in building and accessibility codes, he focuses on improving safety and accessibility while preserving character-defining features of historic properties.
