Ned Storer, PE, has joined LHB as a Senior Electrical Engineer. Ned brings over 22 years of experience in the industrial controls and automation engineering industry, with expertise in AutoCAD, low voltage power distribution, PLC & HMI programming, Industrial Ethernet, Electrical Engineering, Data Highway Plus (DH+), and Manufacturing. With a focus on electrical engineering, he holds a Bachelor of Science & Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states.
Prior to joining LHB, Ned’s notable projects included automating a new high-end refrigerator manufacturing plant, an international project to protect multiple food manufacturing plants from ammonia leaks, upgrading the control system and instrumentation of the world’s oldest Vacuum Induction Melting furnace, and automating a new plant that produces powdered nickel for jet engines and 3D printing. ∎
