LHB Promotes Stacee Demmer

Stacee Demmer

Minnesota and Wisconsin; (January 6, 2020) – LHB, Inc. is pleased to announce Stacee Demmer, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, has been promoted to Architectural Lead – Commercial within LHB’s Integrative Design Team (IDT).

Stacee, a registered architect in Minnesota, joined LHB in 2014 and has 18 years of experience designing education, community, and commercial projects. She has managed some of LHB’s most complex commercial projects including The Nordic, a newly completed office building, parking ramp and housing project for United Properties in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, and the remodeling of Ever-Green Energy’s Jemne building in downtown St. Paul for Cushman & Wakefield. Stacee will assume the Project Principal role on new commercial projects and will also be responsible for the overview of standards, processes, and procedures for the Integrative Design Team across all LHB’s offices.

Stacee has served as a Sustainability Commission Chair for the City of Coon Rapids since 2008 and is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) organization. Stacee has a deep passion for furthering her profession and actively participates in STEM education events in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. She is a member in the American Institute of Architects Minnesota Chapter and served on the Women in Architecture Mentoring and Networking Subcommittee.
