LHB is pleased to announce the following company promotions:
Adam Besse, P.E. has been promoted to Civil Engineering Manager for LHB’s Public Works Structures & Survey group. With 19 years of experience in construction and engineering, Besse has been a key member of LHB since 2012. He specializes in civil engineering design and construction project management, handling a diverse range of public works projects including municipal infrastructure and site development across several markets including education, healthcare, and industrial. Besse earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota.
Martin Thompson has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Since joining LHB in 2019, Thompson has focused on a broad spectrum of government projects, including transit, public works, law enforcement, and historic preservation. He is involved in all phases of a project, from acquisition and pre-design to construction documents, specification writing, construction administration, and overall project management. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. ∎
