LHB has been named one of the Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune newspaper.
LHB was ranked 56th among midsized organizations. The Top 200 Workplaces list ranks companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions that measure engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction.
This is the fifth time that LHB has appeared on the list.
The Top 200 Workplaces rankings are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Responses from 124,719 employees at Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations were part of the analysis.
“We’re honored to be listed among the Top 200 Workplaces again,” LHB CEO Rick Carter said. “In a tight labor market, reputation makes a difference when it comes to hiring and retention. We’re humbled to be held in such high regard by our staff.”
To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 5,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
