Troy Miller

Troy has a passion for designing environments where people feel seen, respected, and want to linger. Teachers and students alike are inspired by the spaces he programs, plans, and designs. Over the course of his career, Troy has worked with more than 150 school districts and given more than 250 talks on topics related to educational design, including safety, security, bullying, gender-neutral bathrooms, masterplanning, B3 benchmarking, and energy analysis. A natural relationship builder, he has worked with many clients for more than a decade, and school district officials appreciate his ability to explain the benefits of good design and planning when referendums and other funding efforts are underway. Troy connects easily with staff, students, parents, and the public at large.
