Paul Tokarczyk

Paul Tokarczyk has done nearly every job in surveying and civil engineering, from pounding stakes to reality capture to project management. Those experiences allow him to see projects from both a high-level and a granular view, anticipating challenges that may crop up and advocating on his clients’ behalf for smart, solid solutions.

Licensed to work in six states, he has a deep understanding of surveying and mapping, site development and design, and roadway design and construction procedures. His technical knowledge includes topography and bathymetric surveying standards, spatial reference and coordinate systems, geometric layout, and reality capture standards and techniques. A past president of the Arrowhead Chapter of Minnesota Society of Professional Surveyors, he is also active in professional education and mentoring of young surveyors.
