Allison Gredesky

Allison views trust and transparency as bedrock values in HR. And her ability to cultivate those traits in relationships with coworkers has helped her time and again, communicating both respect and authenticity in even the toughest conversations.

Prior to joining LHB as its HR director and a member of its leadership team, Gredesky held HR roles at the Minnesota Children’s Museum — where she led talent strategy and participated in the opening of a new $30M facility in downtown St. Paul — as well as the Emily Program, and American Public Media. In 2025, she earned a certification in executive coaching from the Center for Coaching in Organizations.
