
LHB is pleased to share the following new hires:
Jake Melbostad, has joined LHB as an Electrical Engineering Manager. Jake brings 14 years of experience in electrical system design, project management, and QA/QC to LHB. His portfolio includes new construction and renovations for schools, municipal buildings, transportation hubs, commercial spaces, multi-family housing, and fire stations. Jake takes a hands-on approach, conducting site surveys and providing construction-phase support to ensure seamless project execution. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Dan Cazanacli, PhD, PE, has joined LHB as a Senior Civil Engineer. Dan brings deep technical expertise to both public- and private-sector projects, with more than 18 years of experience in water resources, civil, and geotechnical engineering. His project experience spans river and floodplain analysis, hydraulic analysis of bridges and culverts, urban and rural drainage design, roadway drainage, erosion control, and surface water quality solutions. Dan received his Engineer Diploma from the University of Bucharest, Romania, and his Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the University of Minnesota.
Kaitlyn Stublic, has joined LHB as a Project Manager. With over a decade of experience, Kaitlyn has a demonstrated history of working in the civil engineering industry including vast experience in local, state, and federal permitting. Her extensive project experience includes site design, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, soil erosion, and sedimentation control. Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison and Master of Science degree from University of Texas – Austin.
Jennifer Davy, has joined LHB as a Senior Project Manager. Jennifer is a Registered Architect with over 20 years of experience in design, production, and project management. She has led multidisciplinary teams on a variety of project types and sizes across the educational, commercial, and industrial market sectors nationwide. She fosters strong team dynamics and consistently delivers projects that meet expectations for schedule, budget, and design integrity, earning her repeat clients and enthusiastic project teams. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Florida A&M University and a Master of Architecture degree from Southern California Institute of Architecture. ∎
