Sara Phillips

Sara thrives on the variety of project types within the scope of higher education—from traditional classrooms to student centers, tech labs to campus housing. Teamwork is central to her approach, and as the leader of LHB's higher education team, she works closely with clients and key stakeholders to understand the aspirations and dreams that fuel each project. Drawing on more than two decades of experience working with faculty, administrators, staff, and students, she proposes solutions that address both today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges. Her attention to process and project management—coordinating disciplines and asking the right people the right questions at the right time—impresses clients and conveys her dedication to their professional and personal success.
