James Schultz

James has a passion for spending time in the field, where he gets a firsthand view of the site, equipment, processes, project details, existing conditions, and more. He has over 20 years’ experience in electrical engineering, design, and project management across a range of markets, including pulp/paper, mining, pipeline, and power. He has supported clients during of mill/plant outages, provided (on-site) engineering and project management services, and handled all phases of industrial equipment and electrical design for industrial and maintenance buildings. His project management experience includes electrical engineering, scope and cost development, contractor and construction coordination, and field startup.
